Getting Started with GovDelivery: Email and Text Message Marketing

Assign Permissions

Send to websupport@pgcps.org the email addresses of the staff members you wish to have authority to send out emails and text messages on behalf of your school. We will assign these users to the topics for your school. Each person will receive an email from me that tells them how to set their password and access the website.

- You may also submit a support ticket to GovDelivery to have custom Advanced Bulletins made for your school.
- You may also register for live training sessions with GovDelivery, live chat or submit other requests online to their support portal.

Spread the word

To sign up subscribers, point them to your school's information page by clicking on the schools link on the pgcps.org menu or go to http://www1.pgcps.org/schools. Every school has a link to e-alerts on the school information pages.You may copy that link and send it out, too, to have people subscribe. For more ways to add to your subscribers, visit the GovDelivery support portal and search for "subscribers."
